Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Uniquely Designed by Rebecca. Because many of our items are handmade and personalized, please review our return policy carefully.
Personalized Items
All personalized and custom items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Please double-check spelling, names, dates, and details before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus:
- Restocking fee
- Original shipping costs (if applicable)
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Return Address
Return instructions and address will be provided once your return is approved.
