July 29, 2024- My first children's book was self-published today on Amazon!! I can't wait to share it with you! My nieces inspired me to write about what its like to have someone in your family have an autoimmune disease. I have been living with autoimmune illnesses since 12. And I know its been hard for them to understand as they get older (and more active). So I can't keep up! I hope this helps others start that conversations in your family!!
